I am one of the founders and CEO of the group from the beginning until now. My specialty is consulting and management training from 1996 by focus on the areas of quality management, organizational excellence and productivity management. I have been responsible for the assessment from National Quality Award’s inception and now I’m Vice President of Iran Quality Management Association.
Since 2006, I was designing & initiating a rating system for businessmen in Iran chamber of commerce and currently I’m chief of competitiveness commission in Iran chamber of commerce and productivity and quality commission in Tehran chamber of commerce. A lot of ideas for developing online management systems that many of them have been operational.

I am vice president of R & D in this group. I started here from 2006. I’m professional in the field of productivity management, benchmarking, economic analysis and new methods in evaluating the performance of the organizations.

now, I’m Iran Benchmarking Network, the executive secretary of the National productivity Celebration, a board member of productivity management center .

In addition,secretary of productivity & quality committee is my other responsibility in Tehran Chamber of Commerce.

I started my activities in 2007 in IPCgroup. At first, I was working as an accountant and now I lead the finance team. I support the centers in the group with my team by delivering financial services.

I am proud to cooperate with this group since 2007. I’m leader of database department. Here, we measure productivity, economic & financial indexes for organization in all industries.

31 May 2008 was the first day I joined to IPCgroup. Muslim Excellence competitiveness Award was the first project where I was working on. Then I joined the IT team and now by the other team members provide support services to other development centers.

I started here since 2009. In 2010 I was chosen as responsible for assessment of rating in Iran Chamber of Commerce. Also during these years due to my personal interest in the areas of system thinking, human resources and organizational behavior, I got participation in some projects such as  measuring employees’ satisfaction, developing judges network in national productivity celebration, publishing Rotbeh journal and many other activities. My challenge as head of human resources is identifying active, passionate and motivated ones, discover their talents and lead them to the correct path.
